Members nominated to serve on the Committee need not be present at the meeting, but their prior consent must be obtained before any proposal is made.

7.               Long Service Medals:  Any Member with employees qualifying for Medals is asked to contact the Secretary as soon as possible.

The 3 categories are 30-39 years, 40-49 years and 50 years and above of service.
