Important Notice

Due to the going Equine Influenza and strangles outbreak the decision has been made that all Equines attending the Show must be fully vaccinated (if a restart second vaccination must be 7 days clear of Show Day.)

All exhibitors must report to the Horse Conveners Marquee on arrival and present their horses/ponies passport to be checked before any animal is unloaded. (You will also collect your entry pack at this time)

If you are unable to present your equines passport or equines are not vaccinated, you will be asked to leave the show field.

Refunds will be made available to those who have already entered but do not meet this new requirement.

Bio Security Posters will be posted throughout the show field but please ensure the following rules are adhered too.

·        If your equine is showing any signs of being unwell i.e. nasal discharge, cough, high temperature etc. please do not attend

·        Keep distances from others when parking and around ringside

·        Do not allow ponies to hand graze

·        Do not wait around walkways or the side of rings, only enter warm up area when ready to compete

·        After competing, please return to your lorry/trailer

·        Do not touch, feed or interact with any other equines that are not your own

·        Please try to avoid any un-necessary contact

·        Please ensure you bring drinking water and bucket
